Charges for disaster recovery charged with a minimum charge of $150.00 when a full program back up is not available. An hourly rate is charged after the first hour. If there is a new version of Easy Billing Pro, in cases of disaster recovery, a new version charge will apply as well as the current version of FileMaker Pro and any IT charges.

Beginning 6/1/2004. Service agreements must be current or brought current in order to receive tech support, training or upgrades for all programs. Annual License Service Agreements more than 6 month in arrears will automatically terminate support and upgrade agreements.
