Easy Billing Professional was conceived to be a leading-edge medical billing software program. Easy Billing Inc's products are designed to work across the spectrum of medical environments, including but not limited to, Medical Offices, Pathology Labs, Physical Therapy Clinics, Chiropractors and Billing Services.
Founded in 1994 by Marla Crowley, who, after ten years of billing experience, realized the need for a billing system that was easy to learn, efficient to use, and affordable. As CEO of Easy Billing Inc. Marla Crowley, along with Easy Billing software developers, undertook to meet the evolving needs of current users and to ensure that the program remains on the leading edge of the medical billing industry.
The company’s decision, in 1997, to merge with Pathology LIS software AP Easy, allowed Easy Billing Professional to evolve into high volume users. This further allowed for the development of the HL7 medical interface with EHR and other LIS Pathology software. The federally required CMS-1500 Form is used as well as ICD-10 and the most current 5010 electronic submission protocol.
