We provide a comprehensive training curriculum guided by staff and conducted using web-based seminars, flash tutorials, check lists and PDF step-by-step instructions. Clients are taught how easy it is to grow into the software and realize how hard it is to grow out of it.
For two decades our goal has been to stay connected to our medical billing software users through training and support. We develop new versions of the program not only by staying current with the medical billing industry, but also by listening to the needs and wishes of our software users. We want our customers to know that the Easy Billing team believes in pairing the know-how to develop effective medical billing products with a strong commitment to keeping its customers satisfied. Our annual license service agreement offers a diverse range of training or support protocols. We offer single and group online trainings, designed to understand the basic main functionality of Easy Billing Professional. Including Patients, Claims, Payments and simple Reports.
We encourage everyone to schedule time to attend these trainings to acquire a broad base of the understanding of how the program flows. We also offer scheduled group Q&A or trainings by subject. Our calendar will have scheduled training events listed when they have been requested. Each session is followed by Q&A. We also have video tutorials and PDF instructions which cover most of the features of Easy Billing Professional.
Our goal is to offer as much training as it takes. We believe that with thorough training on Easy Billing Professional your work flow will become easier and much more efficient. Windows 11 and Ventura are compatible with Easy Billing Pro v9 and FileMaker Pro 19. Sequoia is compatible with FileMaker 2024 only.
Beginning 6/1/2004. Service agreements must be current or brought current in order to receive tech support, training or upgrades for all programs. Annual License Service Agreements more than 6 month in arrears will automatically terminate support and upgrade agreements. Reinstatement of support and software upgrades can only occur with purchase of most current software.
