“Easy Billing Professional” software is true to its name and very easy to use. We have been using this software for over two years and never had any problems. Any questions we had, we were able to receive an excellent technical support from Easy Billing with no delays. The system provides a workflow which is extremely easy to follow and manage. The software is equipped with error checks on different levels which makes mistakes almost none existing. In effect efficiency is almost at the 100% level which speeds up revenue time. The system can be modified to allow maximum productivity for each biller. The interface of Easy Billing with our HL7 vendor was completed within couple of days with only one test file, which saved us a lot of money and man power. It’s a great product if you are looking for something that is easy to use and reliable.

We have used Easy Billing software for almost two years now. It is a very user friendly system and meets our needs in our Oral Pathology department. I was more than a little apprehensive when I decided to bring our surgical assisting business’s billing in-house. "Our Medical office has been using Easybilling software for over ten years now. We were VERY concerned to say the least about using the new and improved easy billing program. It was a new and different program and having to learn that program and teach it to everyone else in the office the doctors included, was not something I thought would be “EASY” at all. I was estimating our down time and seeing dollars going out the window, not to mention the pressure this put on me the office manger for finances. I just want to say THANK YOU . The transition was painless. No nervous breakdown at all. I can not believe five days after we downloaded the program (Marla transferred our patient list) we were billing . I was still feeling my way around unexplored territory and clicking and poking on things I knew nothing about, but our office was afloat and seemed to be functioning just fine! Of course there were phone calls to Marla made out of sheer panic but her calm reassuring, unaffected fix always solved what was to me a monumental problem. Once you have found the path of the function you wish to master it is soooooo simple. I have been in three training classes, so far . I want to do all of them in case there is something this program does that I have not discovered yet. It does so many things , It is truly amazing. I am happy we have it well on the road before they come along and change the CMS form and the Icd codes. We will be ready to face the future stumbling blocks that the insurance companies are throwing at us because we have a safeguard program in “EASYBILLING. “
It seemed to be a GREAT undertaking in the beginning and now as I look back , It was the best thing we could have done. "I had been searching for a Mac compatible billing solution for several years to perform in-house billing in my physical therapy practice. I first heard of Easy Billing Software in 2004 and liked that fact that the database was built on Filemaker Pro software. Filemaker and the Mac evolved together over nearly three decades and it is still considered the best small business and enterprise class database software to run native on a Macintosh since 1984. However, I held off from purchasing Easy Billing Software because I felt at the tme that there was a lack of robust medical documentation software compatible with the Macintosh. Today many PT documentation programs are now browser based- meaning that they can be run on any platform. With Easy Billing's HL7 interface capabilities I realized that I could have the best of both worlds and interfaced Easy billing with a browser based documentation software and purchased Easy Billing in 2011. We liked the fact that Easy Billing was a server based software program as it allowed for us to retain complete control and ownership of our billing processes and we believe in the long run it will keep our software overhead costs to a minimum. We have had nothing but but great success using this program. The combination of the stability of the Macintosh operating system, Easy Billing's Filemaker foundation, and the ability to utilize the software alongside Apple's innovative products such as the iPad has kept my IT overhead expenses down and employee training costs to a minimum. Easy Billing Software is one the most user-friendly, yet robust medical billing software on the market today. The fact that it runs native on the Mac makes it a no-brainer for Mac users.
