We are now accepting "Easy Billing 7.0 upgrades" by appointment, starting Friday October 27th.

Because this upgrade is mandated by the change of the 1500 form we recommend that you have an appointment scheduled for your upgrade before Jan 15, 2007. If you wait until after February 15, 2007 there may be additional charges.

Which upgrade do I need?

You can upgrade to any version of Easy Billing 7.0 from your current version.
If you are using Lite, Standard or Gold you can upgrade to Gold, Gold Deluxe, Platinum or Platinum+.

The main difference between
Gold and Gold Deluxe
is the ability to VIEW the HCFA or CMS form make changes from the form. Nothing like seeing the actual form!

Gold or Gold Deluxe
to Platinum or Platinum+:
Platinum and Platinum+ have MANY more reports for aging, collections, cpt, adjustments, payments. Also the ability to do batch payments; applying one large ins. check to many patient. With Platinum your can have SIMPLE customization in your system. With Platinum+ there is ability for more customization plus unlimited providers and networking seats.

The timeline is now: October 1, 2006 Health plans, clearinghouses, and other information support vendors should be ready to handle and accept the revised (08/05) 1500 Claim Form. October 1, 2006 - March 31, 2007 Providers can use either the current (12/90) version or the revised (08/05) version of the 1500 Claim Form. April 1, 2007 The current (12/90) version of the 1500 Claim Form is discontinued; only the revised (08/05) form is to be used. You will view an Easy Billing Program training in real time. just like a one on one training. Space for each 30 minute session is limited and is set by appointment.
